Suddenly, some of the company’s board of directors fired Sam Altman. Officials working people in the company started shouting after hearing this news and threatened to quit the company. Then in the next four days, the CEO and a half changed in Open AI Company. But the most surprising thing is that the reason behind this whole mess is revealed to be a mysterious AI named Q Star AI (Q* OpenAI). Open AI Company was founded in 2015 as a non-profit and the sole purpose behind creating this company was to facilitate the creation of an artificial general intelligence that could benefit humanity. Even today you can visit this company website. There, they spell out their mission statement, stating that they want to create an Artificial General Intelligence that benefits humanity.

Many big tech entrepreneurs were behind the creation of the company, including Altman and Elon Musk. In total, about 10 were established. There were members including Ilya Sutskever, a scientist at ABI, and Greg Brockman of Open Justice as president. They were also included in it. Remember these two names here as they play a very important role in our story.

A total of $1 billion was requested for Open AI, including all founders. In 2019 almost 4 years after the formation of this company Sem Altman became the CEO and again almost 4 years later in the year 17 November 2023, the board of directors of the company suddenly fired the CEO one evening. The board of directors has so much power, one is Sam, the second is Ilya, the third is Greg and the remaining three are independent executives. Making money but the main purpose of Open AI was to create an AGI for human benefit.

it was more than a research benefit; the company’s duty is to humanity and not to investors and not to employees but this non-profit model is sad. It didn’t last long. As of 2019, Sam Altman became the CEO of Open AI. This year it went public, formed a subsidiary, and held its subsidiary for profit.

Its name was Open AI Global LLC and this subsidiary company operated on a for-profit model, Means. Profits will be earned up to a limit. This limit is also a Hundred Times Investment, so any investor can get a maximum hundred times return by investing his money in this profit company. If this company earns more profit than its investment, then all those profits will be earned in this company. Will run in non-profit companies.

In 2019, this profitable subsidiary company received its first and largest funding of one billion dollars from Microsoft. Microsoft invested in it but the company grew in popularity over the next 4 years. In total, this subsidiary has invested thirteen billion dollars. Today it said Open Equity owns 49% of Microsoft’s stock in its for-profit subsidiary.
